The harshness of January makes life difficult in the north. This week we are warmer, January thaw, as it’s termed. Soon the temperatures will dip down blow -20 and it will snow.
Yet, I welcome these temperatures because it is a dry cold, a manageable cold. Only those who truly love winter can appreciate the cold days of Northern Ontario!
